NAOS Emerging Opportunities Company Limited Declares 3.75 Cents per Share Final Dividend 

The Board of NAOS Emerging Opportunities Company Limited (ASX: NCC) is pleased to announce that it has declared a final dividend of 3.75 cents per share for the financial year ended 30 June 2023, partially franked at 50%. Together with the interim dividend of 3.75 cents per share, this brings the full-year FY23 dividend to 7.50 cents per share. This represents a 11.28% dividend yield, or 13.16% on a grossed-up basis, based on the 21 August 2023 closing share price. The Company has now declared total dividends of 72.50 cents per share since its inception, and has delivered 10 years of increasing or stable dividends.

NAOS Small Cap Opportunities Company Limited Declares Fully Franked Final Quarterly Dividend

The Board of NAOS Small Cap Opportunities Company Limited (ASX: NSC) is pleased to announce that it has declared a fully franked final quarterly dividend of 1.25 cents per share for the year ended 30 June 2023, bringing the FY23 full-year fully franked dividend to 5.0 cents per share. This represents a 7.19% dividend yield and 10.28% on a grossed-up basis, based on the 21 August 2023 closing share price. The Company has now declared a total of 28.50 cents per share of fully franked dividends since its inception in December 2017.

NAOS Ex-50 Opportunities Company Limited Declares Increased Fully Franked Final Quarterly Dividend

The Board of NAOS Ex-50 Opportunities Company Limited (ASX: NAC) is pleased to announce that it has declared an increased fully franked final quarterly dividend of 1.65 cents per share for the year ended 30 June 2023, bringing the fully franked full-year FY23 dividend to a record 6.0 cents per share. This represents a 6.59% dividend yield based on the 21 August 2023 closing share price, or 9.42% on a grossed-up basis. The Company also announced its full-year result for the financial year ended 30 June 2023, reporting an after-tax profit of $5.82 million.
